Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad is made completely on the grill for a quick meal.

Ingredients
1
chicken cutlet
about 1/2 pound
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
1
head romaine lettuce
1
ciabatta or sourdough roll
Parmesan cheese
Caesar salad dressing
Instructions
Preheat grill.
Lightly brush chicken with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cut romaine in halves or fourths and brush lightly with oil.
Cut roll in half and brush lightly with oil, then season with salt and pepper.
Grill chicken for about 5 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Add romaine and roll halves and grill for about 2 minutes, until romaine has wilted slightly and roll is toasty.
Slice and plate romaine, chicken, and roll. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and toss with dressing. Serve.
