Ingredients
For the pasta

rotini pasta
uncooked

diced dill pickles
1/4
cup
diced red onion

shredded carrots

fresh dill
coarsely chopped
For the dressing

mayonnaise
1/4
cup
sour cream

pickle juice

garlic powder

fine sea salt
or to taste

ground black pepper

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
Place the pasta in a large bowl and add the pickles, red onion, carrots, and dill.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, sour cream, pickle juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing into the bowl with the pasta ingredients, tossing to combine.
