Carrot Fries
Carrot fries are deliciously seasoned roasted fries. These potato fry substitutes are easy to make and even easier to enjoy!

Ingredients

pound
carrots
1
tablespoon
olive oil
1
teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
paprika
½
teaspoon
ground black pepper
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Peel and trim carrots, then cut into 4- or 5-inch sticks. Place in a large bowl and toss with olive oil.
Combine spices in a small bowl and sprinkle over carrots. Toss until well coated, then spread onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, turning carrots halfway through. Serve immediately.
