Ingredients

ground beef
1
pound
green beans
trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
2
teaspoons
minced fresh garlic
or garlic paste
1
tablespoon
finely minced fresh ginger
or ginger paste
2
tablespoons
soy sauce
or tamari
1
teaspoon
honey
Crushed red chile flakes
optional
Instructions
In a large saute pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until almost completely browned, breaking up the chunks as it cooks.
Stir in the green beans, garlic, and ginger and cook for about 5 minutes, until beans are bright green and crisp-tender.
Stir in soy sauce and honey. Add chile flakes, if using. Taste, and adjust seasonings as necessary.
Serve with steamed rice.
