Ingredients

bacon

cup
chopped chives

self-rising flour

cold butter

whole milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Remove to a paper towel to cool.
In a large bowl mix together chives and flour. Grate butter into flour mixture and stir to combine.
Chop bacon and stir into flour mixture.
Stir in milk until fully incorporated and a thick batter has formed.
Using two spoons, drop batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to make 8 biscuits.
Bake for about 10 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool slightly and serve.
