Instant pot quiche

Pour in water and add a trivet to the bottom of the Instant Pot.

Wrap foil around a 6-inch pan with removable bottom, leaving extra at the top.

Combine eggs, milk, chives, salt, and pepper

Whisk until frothy and well blended.

Scatter cheese in bottom of prepared pan and pour in egg mixture.

Set on trivet in Instant Pot, seal, and set for 30 minutes at Manual High Pressure, then rest for 10 minutes before releasing.

Let cool slightly, then unwrap and set over a glass or jar to gently slide off sides.
