Easy Pickled Green Beans

Pickled green beans, also known as dilly beans, are an essential summer recipe! This easy snack can be made at home with just a few ingredients.

02 Vinegar, at least 5% acidity

04 Pickling salt

05 Garlic

Add spices

Divide spices among canning jars, crushing garlic a little.

Heat brine

In a small saucepan, bring vinegar, water, and pickling salt to a boil.

Trim beans

Cut beans to fit jars and pack tightly.

Add brine

Pour hot brine into the jars with the beans, leaving ¼-inch space at the top.

Remove air bubbles

Use a chopstick or wooden dowel to remove any bubbles.

Add lids

Let cool and store in the fridge or process in a canner for 5 minutes.
