Easy Crockpot Chicken Tacos

01 Chicken thighs

02 Onion & jalapeño

03 Salsa

04 Chicken broth

Place chicken in slow cooker crock. Remove skins first if necessary.

Mix together spices and sprinkle over chicken on both sides.

Add chopped white onion.

Add chopped jalapeño. For less heat, remove seeds.

Add your favorite salsa over the top.

Pour broth over all of the ingredients.

Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Once cooked, shred using two forks. Serve with tortillas and your favorite toppings.
